Kia Yee is an artist, writer, and theatre enthusiast whose work spans text, image, and performance. Her taste embodies art films, jazz, K-Pop, gamelan, absurdist plays, abstract paintings, language poetry, lyric poetry, science fiction and YouTube vlogs, and has been exhibited at credible creative venues in Singapore such as The Arts House, Centre 42, and The Substation.

Yunyi completed her Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Art History at the University of Melbourne. She was previously a specialist in Southeast Asian Art at auction house, Christie’s, and possesses deep interest and knowledge in the visual arts sector.
