In 2023, the group experienced a 100% year-on-year international growth, and the momentum continued into early 2024 with an 80% revenue surge. Sun outlined ambitious plans for further expansion, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region, underscoring the company’s readiness to seize global opportunities.

Trip.com’s international footprint is impressive, boasting over 1.7 million global accommodation listings, flights from more than 600 airlines, and a vast network of 90,000 partners, including group tours, attractions, and car rental providers. Sector-specific highlights showcased the multifaceted world of travel. In air travel, Trip.com achieved the top OTA position in the Asia-Pacific region, with record domestic travel and strong outbound growth. Hotel bookings saw significant expansion, with innovative products like Hotel+X and the Preferred Partner Program. The international train business doubled ticket sales in Europe, reflecting a robust growth trajectory.

Vacation packages recorded unprecedented sales, with plans to expand globally in 2024, introducing new service languages and sites. The corporate travel sector, powered by Trip.Biz, experienced three-digit growth, with a focus on regional expansions. FinTech and TripLink have broadened global payment solutions and insurance coverage, enhancing the financial aspect of travel.
