The CDL EcoTrain is Singapore’s first MRT cabin turned climate education hub—powered entirely by solar energy. Developed by City Developments Limited (CDL) and designed with the help of science influencers from Just Keep Thinking, this zero-energy train is packed with interactive exhibits and kid-friendly workshops. It’s a throwback to our daily commute—reimagined for a zero-carbon world. Right next to it? A 2,800 sq ft MicroForest co-created with NUS and NParks.
