Nuanu Creative City is an ambitious development project located in Bali, Indonesia, spanning 44 hectares. The project hopes to cultivate a dynamic community where innovators, wellness enthusiasts, environmentally conscious individuals, leaders and changemakers can converge centrally to catalyze change.
Its founder, Sergey Solonin was inspired by the Balinese philosophy of “Tri Hita Karana”, which emphasizes harmony between people, nature and the divine. It also marks a truly one-of-a-kind collaboration between Japanese-American artist Eugene Kangawa, with architectural design led by renowned Indonesian architect Andra Matin.
The plot of land in Bali, surrounded by natural beauty and a serene environment, is perfectly aligned with Sergey’s vision of creating a balanced community where nature, art and technology intertwine. This location was chosen to build a space that promotes personal fulfillment and collective harmony.
Astari Prada, Nuanu Creative City’s Brand & Communications Director, shares more about the motivations behind this project: “Driven by a desire to make a lasting impact, Sergey aims to build a community that fosters meaningful connections among people and nurtures creativity by seamlessly blending nature, art, and technology. Nuanu’s design includes diverse community spaces, work environments, and recreational areas to support these connections. By establishing Nuanu here, Sergey seeks to create a space that promotes personal fulfillment and collective harmony, embodying a holistic approach to life.”
