Cartier’s Centenary Pop-Up Launches in Singapore

Cartier is celebrating the centenary of its iconic Trinity Ring with an immersive pop-up event at The Arts House in Singapore from 15 July to 23 July 2024. Designed by Louis Cartier in 1924, the Trinity Ring features three interlocking bands of gold in different shades, symbolizing enduring love, friendship and fidelity. Over the past century, the Trinity ring has captivated generations and remains a timeless emblem of elegance.

The limited period pop-up event, dubbed “Three is a Magic Number Trinity: The Icon of Icons” offers visitors a unique, immersive experience through seven interconnected rooms. Each room delves into different aspects of the Trinity Ring’s history, from its daring creation to its lasting appeal among loyal devotees. This journey highlights the ring’s evolution and the significance of the number three in its design.

A key feature of the event is the “Imagine Infinite Circles” project, a collaborative initiative launched by Cartier. This project showcases over 100 works from creative figures worldwide, each inspired by the Trinity Ring. Curated by French creative Jérôme Sans, the collection includes 30 works that specifically reflect Singapore’s culture and creativity. This exhibition underscores the Trinity Ring’s role as an inexhaustible source of inspiration across various disciplines and backgrounds.
