Teeming with Latin vivacity, Tiger’s Milk is one of few restaurants in the region to offer both authentic Peruvian delicacies as well as cavalcade of Peru-inspired cocktails, such as the Pisco Sour and the Piscorinha. Standout offerings include Lamb Heart on skewers (which tastes better than it sounds) and Peruvian-style yuzu- and giner-marinated salmon, while the undisputed champ of Tiger’s Milk’s alcoholic concoctions is its Coco con Pisco, which is served in a fresh coconut.

Having enjoyed years of acclaim on Dempsey Road, The Disgruntled Chef’s new foray within the premises of The Club is nothing short of spectacular. Exotic dishes like it Crispy Beef Short Ribs are flawless, while its founder and executive chef Daniel Sia, who has been described by tabloids as a “culinary genius”, can make magic with the simplest ingredients, as demonstrated in his Chicken Pot Roast. The Disgruntled Chef’s Twice-Cooked Kurobuta Pork is also a divine must-try, as well as the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, which is perhaps one of the best done carpaccios in Singapore. The dimmed lighting and ambience of The Disgruntled Chef exudes the allure of a 1920s film, while its bartenders’ skills with classic cocktails too cannot be faulted.
