Malaysian Concert Twin Towers Alive Cancelled Out Of Respect For #MH370

The Twin Towers @live concert scheduled to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on March 28 & 29, 2014, has been cancelled out of respect for the series of events surrounding the crisis of missing Malaysian Airlines plane MH370.

The event was set to star acts such as Christina Aguilera, Craig David, Lifehouse, Rain, Rick Astley and Sam Dowden. Malaysian acts that were scheduled to take the stage at the PETRONAS Twin Towers Plaza on the two-day festival included Joe Flizzow, Altimet and SonaOne.

Sponsor PETRONAS deliberated with the concert organiser and other sponsors before collectively deciding to pull the event. The decision has come under fire from fans who flooded the concert’s Facebook page with criticism and complaints that they had paid for airfare and accomodation.

Ticket refund details have yet to be released.
