Aside from news of more new music in September, fans of the popular four-piece local band The Sam Willows have one more thing to look forward to: Narelle Kheng has signed to artiste management agency FLY Entertainment!
The communications student from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) will be co-managed together with music label Sony Music Entertainment. With the traction that the Willows are getting in the local music scene, Narelle is poised to be a trailblazing Singaporean style icon as well as a prominent social media influencer. Her brother and bandmate, Benjamin Kheng, is also an artiste on the FLY Entertainment roster.
With The Sam Willows inking a 360 degree deal earlier this year with Sony Music Entertainment, the music label will continue to manage Narelle on her music career, while FLY will handle independent projects outside of music.
In an official press release, Narelle expressed her excitement in finally joining the “FLYmily”. She added, “I’ve been working with them closely for a while now, and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. I’m looking forward to future opportunities and experiences with both FLY and Sony Music.”
