Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone and Jamie Foxx have arrived in Singapore, as part of a worldwide promotional tour for the upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man 2 movie.
They showed up at the Marina Bay Sands’ skating rink, which was transformed to a red carpet for the stars. The team just came from China, where they have been involved in a massive promotional blitz for the movie there.
Emma Stone told media at the red carpet that she loves K-Pop and is impressed with Singapore’s architecture, calling it futuristic and likening the country to a ‘tomorrowland’. All three stars freely mingled with fans, signing autographs for them and obliging with selfies.
Andrew Garfield clearly was the man of the moment, taking an Oscar-styled selfie and fitting as many fans at the red carpet area in the frame. He even took the time to converse with a little girl, who gamely approached him for an autograph.

Hosts of the Spiderman red carpet, 987FM DJ duo The Muttons (Justin Ang and Vernon A), reported on their radio show that an estimated 3,000 fans and media personnel were in the area to catch the stars.
Also in attendance was Earth Hour CEO, Andy Ridley. The Spiderman team will be at Earth Hour’s global event, headquartered in Singapore, on Saturday to celebrate the monumental event championing environmental awareness.
